You have contacted us by email or through our contact form about an appliance malfunction.

2. We Contact You
Our dispatch office will contact you with a day and approximate time that the technician is available, We may ask about what you've tried already to solve the issue or other information.

3. Call Out Approval
The client has accepted our offer and incurred a one time fee (call out) of $159.00 + GST to travel to location and find the cause of the malfunction.

4. Next Steps
After diagnosis, the technician should either have the parts available or be able to determine the parts required to restore the machine to service on his return. Parts are an additional charge, all charges are on a single line item for PST rules.
